Operational guarantee
Refund Policy
Reimbursement is tied to operational scope execution, not to sales, leads or ROI promises.
Minimum material
- If minimum material is not sent, Clivon may request complements before starting.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to missing material or incompatible scope, the case will be reviewed.
- The first version is delivered within 24 hours after the complete minimum material and all required account access and assets are available.
Adjustment or reimbursement
If an operational failure occurs within scope, the case may result in adjustment, re-delivery or reimbursement after review.
